ok i`m going to get more live rock aragonite after the holiday ( about 50 lbs of rock for now). i just tested the water 12/19, 8.0 ph-8.0 ammonia-5.0 nitrite- 20 nitrate. i`m not sure if the tank is cycleing or just gone realy bad but the nitrite went up alot since 12/17. also it seems the i have a worm like thing in the small amount of live rock that i have any thoughts of what it might be

Numerous worm like things exist. Most are ok. If it orange then do not touch it. It will probably be a bristleworm and will hurt you.

i don`t think it is a bristleworm it looks like a regular worm but it is attached to the live rock. i guess it is ok?

If it retracts into the rock try "peanut worm".
