Many new posters don't submit blurb and i am embarrased for not checking. I know next to nothing about saltwater set ups.
No fret, as I mentioned there are a great many saltwater fish-only systems set up in such a way that your answer applies. Hopefully these are VERY small aquariums, say 20 gallons or smaller, and are only keeping a couple small fish.
