Leak in tank

I need help! One of the corner seams appears to have salt residue on the outside of the tank. There doesn't appear to be any source from the top, but there is moisture about a third of the way down from the top of the tank. I'm scared I have a leak developing. What do I do? Can I put a Silicone bead on the outside of the tank - will that make any difference or do I need to drain my tank and reseal the entire thing from the inside?

I'm new to salt water and need help!
