Exclamation im stuck >_< what would you do?

ok so i have 2 pearly jawfish, 1 bluespot jawfish, red scooter blennie, 1 yellow goby with blue spots (forgot exact name) and a kokoworm,a few grass shrimp running around.

2 HOB filters both for 20 gallon tanks and a 9w UV sterilizer that i took from my 46g bow bc tank was cloudy.

i have 2 damsels and a yellow tail blennie a HOB )all HOBs are aqueon) filter for a 50 g and about 40 lbs+ of LR in a 30g cube. i plan on moving my jawfish to the 30 and putting some more fish in there, or putting the 2 damsels in the 20 and puttin cuttlefish in the 30 bc i think theyd do better in the 30 instead of the 20. (Sepia Bandensis cuttles, 1 or 2 of them)

my 46g bowfront has 2 fish ni it bc i was going to put the cuttlish in there a mandarin and a bullet goby with 3-4 crabs. 10g et/dry sump with 30 lbs of LR, tank has about 30 lbs also. and an in tank refugium with about 3 in of LS and idk what to put in it to culture my copepods yet.

30 g was girlfriends tank but now were broken up so my wholeeeee plan changed and im so stuck and lost lol =/

idk where to put my damsels , if my jawfish should go in 30g cube, i want a FOWLR tank, a >cuttlefish< most important to me at this point in time. (have to find cuttlefsh though =/) tank and a reef tank, idk what would be best to put where... im stuck. please help! what would you do?
