HELP!!! - Tropical Fish Keeping - Aquarium fish care and resources

It's my 3rd week in and everything was going good until I noticed some tiny white thing's on my aquarium glass yesterday..and they seem to be multiplying..any idea what it is?..or are my fish are in danger?..they dont appear to have any eyes and their very very tiny..maybe an algea?..If you have any input that may help...PLEASE REPLY...THX..THE LEVELS ARE PH.8.2..ANOMINA..0.0...NITRITE..0.0...NITRATE...10 PPM

Could be planaria which are tiny thread-like worms caused mainly by overfeeding.

They're not harmful, andf the fish will often wat them but they can be unslightly. Cut down on feeding to only once every second day fr a while, and do frequent, thorough gravel vacs.

Thank you for the input ..Is that for salt water fish?..and if so can I just wipe them off the glass? and I wanted to mention that I am using live sand..same idea with the vacumming though?

if they are moving around they may only be copepods which are a good thing. they are a good source of food for alot of fish. cant be too sure what they are without a pic

I have a 3 in. hippo tang..2 in. tomato clown..1 and a half in. spotted cardinal and 3 small blue legged hermit crabs..salt water..I started it 3 weeks ago..everything seems fine except for the worms or planaria?..and I don't have any pics yet. I was trying to find some good pics to compare but I can't seem to find any...whatever it is ,is only 2 days old. thx for replying
