Would this work?

I am thinking about buying a net breeding box to place into my tank with some of my sand substrate, and then place some juvenile plants into.
(To let them grow, since I'm unsure of how big the plants I will be buying are, and since my fish also might eat them before they have a chance to establish/grow bigger).
I'm also presuming that since the breeder box will be quite close to the light, it will promote faster plant growth too

Another thought I had was to buy a cheap plastic fish tank, that would fit inside my current, much larger glass fish tank, drill holes into the plastic tankand let water flow in/out, and place it at the bottom of my tank with some sand substrate inside, aswell as the juvenile plants (This way I could also attach the Java Fern I intend to get straight onto my Bogwood too!)
(Since I'm having trouble finding tank dividers that will fit my tank (Fluval Roma 125).

Here is the range of plants I was going to buy.

Taxiphyllum Barbieri Aquarium Plant Gel Pot

Myriophyllum Mattogrossense Aquarium Plant Gel Pot

Staurogyne Repens Aquarium Plant Gel Pot

Eleocharis Parvula Aquarium Plant Gel Pot

My current fish are Albino Corydoras, 1 Pleco and 3 Juvenile Mollies.

(This also seems to be the best choice if I were to do the plastic fish tank method, as it already has ventilation holes)

- I wanted to do it this way because I didn't want to spend £6 on a pot of plants that were free from snails etc, just for the fish to eat them (Not to mention I cant seem to find a sufficient tank-net divider).

I'm not sure what the concern is, none of the fish you have listed will eat the plants, no matter how small they are.

What kind of Pleco? If not fed, they can go after plants, but only if they are not well fed. If this is a Common Pleco you have far too small of a tank for them. Even so though, next to nothing will touch Java Fern or Anubias.

The plants you buy will likely not be that small. Any reason you are avoiding snails? They don't hurt anything, and do have a possitive effect on the ecosystem of a tank.

The Pleco I have wont grow much bigger than 5", and that's at a push, so to speak.

And the reason I am avoiding snails is primarily due to aesthetics and them breeding far too fast. - I just don't like them in all honestly, and would rather them not be in my tank even if they are somewhat beneficial.

:)
