Worried about Ludwigia

I brought some live plants to my tank yesterday, seems I made a mistake, I know, I didn't read the thread at time, now I know the Dracaena sanderiana it's not a real aquatic plant. Anyway, the one is worrying me is the Ludwigia arcuata it looks like withered.
the water parameters
Temp 75°F
NH3-NH4 0 ppm
NO2 5 ppm
NO3 5 ppm
pH 7.6
I don't know the hardness.
Besides I'm using Melfix due to a Molly with pop eye; today I made a 30% water change and added 50 ml of "Quick Start" from API, to reduce the Nitrates

Everyone is going to want to know your lighting and are you using any ferts. You need 6500 K bulbs or something close to that. You probably need to buy some Seachem Flourish Comp and dose by directions for your ferts. You may also need some root tabs. These items are not terribly expensive and sold at most pet stores. The big thing is you have to grow plants to match the light that you have, check on this fourm before buying plants if you are not sure. Once you get into planted tanks it really takes over how you think about your fish aquarium and it really increases the enjoyment of the hobby. I enjoy the plants more than my fish.

Thanks !
There are two 15 watts (8000 K) T8's.
Actually I've already put the Seachem Fluorish, since the first day.

As this plant looked like this when you got it (you said "yesterday") it will likely recover when it is settled. Your info in response to Brad's questions seems OK.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business.
