Whats the best kinda of moss to grow on rocks

I have some lace rocks and i want to grow moss on them

Java moss is a good one to start with. You can tie it to the rock with thread or fishing line.

125 - BGK, chanchito cichlid, pictus cats, silver dollars, palmas bichir
125 - cichlids (severums, bolivian rams, chocolate), rainbows ( turquoise, red), loaches (angelicus, zebra, kuhli and horseface), plecos (BN, RL and clown), denison barbs, tiretrack eel, pearl gouramis, betta
90 - Congo tetras, african knife, upside down cats, spotted ctenopoma, kribensis, delhezzi bichir
2.5 - betta

+1. Lace rocks are generally calcium-based and will gradually harden the water. Java fern tolerates hard water extremely well.

i think that java moss does also. Java moss and other mosses can be attached to the rock

For more advanced planting, christmas moss is also very good, just much more expensive and hard to find...
