Weeping moss

i was looking through some plants and i really liked how this one looked. i wanted to have it cover the entire back wall of my aquarium but i wasn't sure how to go about it.

the easiest way i could think of is to get a huge plate of wire mesh the size of my back wall and hold it there with suction cups.

does anyone know of a easier way to spread it?

thanks!

Use eggcrate and mesh and that will make it very sturdy, but if you read the profile on it, weeping moss is a slow grower

so i would have to buy a lot of plants to fully cover the back?

what other plants could i use to blanket the background?
