Looks like a version of it to me, yes. There's floating water sprite and 'potted' water sprite.

Wisteria and water sprite are very similar but that does look like water sprite.

I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not have their motives questioned.....Dont worry about what people think, because they seldom do.......If you cant laugh at yourself I'll be glad to do it for you.....stop trying to impress people, they're too busy trying to impress everyone else to notice

Looks like water sprite to me. It can be planted in the substrate or allowed to float.

Wisteria looks more like a stem plant and the stem is thick compared to water sprite. Water sprite usually has a crown just above the roots with more than one stem meeting there.

I'm starting to think the wisteria I bought is actually water sprite then. Either way, it's growing just fine. I have it both planted and floating.
