That's not bad if the plants arrive in good shape and healthy. When I get this straighten out with SA I might give her a try.

I just got a response from SA and will get a full refund on the plants so when I get that money back I will more then likely try her out. I am broke at the moment and need to wait on that first but I will let ya know when that happens. Thanks for the suggestion!

Exclamation Just wanted to say...

After the bad plants that I got and the plants that I didn't get. Mary from SA was nice and did handle the situation right in my book even though I wasn't the nicest person at first with her. I still don't know if I would order from them again or not but just saying After their mistakes she handled it right.

The site says you have 24 hours to contact them about the plants so I don't know how long its been since you got yours. You could always email her and ask about it.

I just got my plants from SA (who I normally ADORE, and always buy from) and they were ALL BROWN, ALL DEAD.

I dont even want to bother with them, TBH. Im pretty sure all of my vals, sag, etc. will die. Nearly all of the anacharis is just...brown. Just dead.

As I see that someone else (presumably from the same shipping frame) got bad plants, I may now complain... I dont really know what to do, though...

BTW, they sent me pennywort like that. Its still doesnt grow well.

Heres an example of what I got...

Do you know the time (in days) from when they shipped them to when you received them? My thinking is that plants that spend several days in transit may well not make it, I had this occur with some I sent down to the US that took 8 days and were dead on arrival. But if the transit is only a couple days, then arrival in this state indicates the plants were unhealthy before they were shipped. And if the latter, complaints should certainly be made.

Mine were in transit 3-5 days... However, Ive had plants (even from them) that were held up much longer, and in much better shape.

Unfortunately , they have a 24h window to complain, and I missed it. Still very unhappy, and still sending a message about my discontent.

I also ordered form sweet aquatics and my plants were shipped to me last weekend. The plants arrived in pretty bad condition and all of them were really tiny. Especially my dwarf sag, you should be very happy that they were unable to ship it to you. All of my dwarf sag was brown and none of them were taller than half an inch. My plants where in transit for less than two days. I will now be getting my plants from my local fish store which I discovered today. Everything in there store is of the highest quality. It put SA's plants to shame.

Advice for anyone new to the hobby: Do your research!! Before you do anything to your aquarium, take some time to research it. It has made a huge difference for me
