There is really no way to prevent it form getting blown around in the filter outlet if it wants to be. I actually didn't have too much toruble with it when I floated it. Even Duckweed can be rather clean and not make too much of a mess once it gets established and settles into a matt of growth.

Thanks so much for all of your help fish_4_all and here_fishy! The fertilizer should be coming in Wednesday. Things seem to be having a good outlook.
