There can be several reasons. Yellowing in general can be light or nutrient-related; plus as redchigh is suggesting the older leaves especially after moving the plant.
The brown spots are probably iron deposits. My swords are doing somewhat the same. In my case I have ascertained it is an excess of iron, caused by a deficiency of calcium, due to my soft water. When I had dolomite in the filters, this didn't occur, or very minimally; but the dolomite after 12 years is exhausted (I assume) and this condition rapidly occurred last year to the extent that I finally had to pull all the plants and remove all existing leaves to allow them to re-grow. I haven't beeen able to get dolomite locally, so I'm now using aragonite as of 2 weeks ago which should add some calcium.
Do you know your water hardness (GH)?
