I'll email them tomorrow if they don't get back to me again. If I hear no word by Sunday, I'm going to open a paypal dispute to get them to get it resolved. 7 days is more than a gracious amount of time to contact your buyer of a moderate sized order and let them know what's going on.
I bought plants on eBay from half a dozen buyers, and from three people on this forum already. They have all gotten to me regarding my order within 24 hours after paying them. This is unacceptable. Unless the plants are in GREAT condition, I probably won't be ordering from them again.
I contacted them many times when I placed a big order last year regarding shipping estimate with no responses. I think this is because they are a small operation and don't have the manpower to reply to all of the e-mails they receive. If you aren't in any real hurry for the plants, hang in there and see what shows up.
You'll know when they ship by checking the website but don't be surprised if you don't hear from them until they ship.
Good luck and let us know how the plants are when you receive them.
