Buying plants shouldn't be that much work. I can't believe that company isn't at least communicating with people about their orders. I've already decided I'm not ordering from Sweet Aquatics, and found from people here - Planted aquarium central, and after putting all these plants in my "cart" there appears to be no "button" to choose "pay with debit/credit. I think it's some problem on their site, but I still haven't been able to order, because I don't have a paypal acct. Anyways, I'm going to see if I can complete my order now.

Frustrating.

well if your looking for the more common plants at a cheaper price, i usually head to Aquarium Supplies, Pet Supplies and Pond Supplies by That Fish Place - That Pet Place, their selection is decent and ive never had to wait more than a week for my stuff to arrive. It's also a much more functional site.

Aquarium plant central looks OK, but prices arent very competitive. One crypt parva is 4.99 and on sweet aquatics its 1.20. Although i don't know about portion sizes, but i dont imagine them to be so different to be worth 4x more money.

Well I'll see how I feel when the plants come. I did want to give Planted Aquarium Central a good plug, because my order worked this time, and Heather contacted me immediately, saying they will ship the order tomorrow. wow!! Great service. I just wanted to get some plants, and Sweet Aquatics is cheaper, but until they get their act together, I really didn't feel like waiting till June or July to get plants. They also never contacted me when I asked how long their orders were currently taking to ship.

The plants on Planted Aquarium Central that are 4.99 are pretty big, because I ordered a Sword for that price and it is 15", which is big to me!

Well i just received my plants from them, they all came labeled in a blue bag except they forgot one of my plants. They gave me a couple of extra plants of the other ones i ordered. many of the plants looked very sad, a couple look like they're on the verge of death. On the plus side, the potted plants i got look fantastic. They need to work on their packing for sure and getting orders complete.
