I am not taking sides on this, and believe me i know how you feel as i had to wait 4 1/2 weeks for my plants. But i will say that due to the problems they have had with blizzard damage and having to relocate to a different state, i would say that a 2 week wait was actually pretty fast for what they have been through.

I do believe however that when you place an order they should contact you and give you an ETA.
I ordered my plants for some fry that i was expecting and since they were 4 weeks behind i had to make do with some quilt batting floating on the surface. When my plants arrived they had doubled my order though so i was happy

Yeah maybe I'm being a little harsh, but it really irritates me when I have to contact the business to find out when they'll be shipping. There's no notice of the expected delays on their main page or on their shipping information page, this is what makes me call them unprofessional. Had there been a notice of some sort, or at the very least an email sent out after I ordered updating me, it would have been alright. I'm off for spring break and I'm able to be home for the delivery this week, next week I'll have to make other arrangements....

Definitely the last time I order from them though, waiting two weeks just for an order to ship because the business is behind isn't very professional in my opinion.
I think they'll lose a lot of business from this, and take a while to recover and get a good reputation back. I'm not ordering from them because I never got a reply from my email asking about how long orders take to ship.

Best of luck getting it even as soon as they told you. Sounds like they're really struggling from what I've heard on this site.

i didn't receive any extra plants unless you count one plant that I got two of which could easily have been a mistake since they were stuck together.

When I ordered 2 times I was very satisfied. =) I got quite a lot more plants than I actually ordered. And the ones I did order, ie, small amazon sword, was HUGE. =P Very cheap compared to pet stores too. They replied very quick to my emails as well. But this was maybe 3/4 a year ago. They should mention it though on their page if they do not, though...

If my order doesn't ship this week I think I'll just ask for a refund, and/or submit a dispute via PayPal.

Whenever I get plants from them, I get extra too.

They're planning on moving to a new facility soon, so that should make a huge difference.
Lately they've been behind, but I'll give them all the time they need to save 70=90% off of what my pet stores charge, even with shipping.

Well they arent that much cheaper... I ordered ~30 bucks worth and shipping was around 8 or 9 so overall i spent about the same as I would at most petstores near me selling loose plants... If i was buying 60 or 70 dollars worth of plants, then I would be saving big money.
