But i will say that due to the problems they have had with blizzard damage and having to relocate to a different state, i would say that a 2 week wait was actually pretty fast for what they have been through.
I do believe however that when you place an order they should contact you and give you an ETA.
I ordered my plants for some fry that i was expecting and since they were 4 weeks behind i had to make do with some quilt batting floating on the surface. When my plants arrived they had doubled my order though so i was happy
Yeah maybe I'm being a little harsh, but it really irritates me when I have to contact the business to find out when they'll be shipping. There's no notice of the expected delays on their main page or on their shipping information page, this is what makes me call them unprofessional. Had there been a notice of some sort, or at the very least an email sent out after I ordered updating me, it would have been alright. I'm off for spring break and I'm able to be home for the delivery this week, next week I'll have to make other arrangements....
