I rearranged my plant layout and, while doing so, stirred up some Flourish tabs I put in the gravel a couple of weeks ago. Each gave off a little "plume" when disturbed. Should I modify my weekly dosing with Flourish Comprehensive since I stirred up the root tabs? Will that cause over-fertilization if I dose with the liquid fert as usual?

I would not worry too much, Would dose after normal water change.

agreed.

After everything settles, I would do a larger than normal water change, but other than that you shuld be fine.
