Right lighting for my tank?

How would this lighting unit work for my 28g planted tank? Tank is about 18in deep, and I'd like to be able to keep moderate/high light plants. I don't know much of anything when it comes to lighting, except that i need it to keep the plants alive. I'll also be keeping an angel, cards, and corys is the tank, if that's at all important when choosing lighting. If this wouldn't work, what might work better? I'm trying to keep it under $150.

thats a lot of light for only a 28 gal tank. should be able to get away with only 1 65w bulb.

i would check out ahsupply.com 2x36w should be nice.

I like it, easy to upgrade or downgrade. IF you get 2 50/50 bulbs, meaning 1/2 normal light and 1/2 actininc the wattage would be 65 watts of counted light. The actinics don't count toward the wattage but do have a lot of useable spectrum and I think the plants will like it.
