Removing snail eggs from plants.

Is there an easy way to remove snail eggs from plants? I'm currently upgrading my 10g shrimp tank to my 20g long and making it a South East Asia style setup. In my shrimp tank now I have Malaysian Trumpet Snails and Pond Snails. I'd only like to transfer the MTS and not the Pond Snails. I've noticed some eggs on some of the plants I will be transferring as well. How can I remove these eggs so I can eliminate 90% of the snails I transfer? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

10g - Red Cherry Shirmp
20g long - SE Asia "Biotope"
30g - Jasper's (GF) Tank
75g - South American "Biotope"
Plenty of empties...

I just scrape them off with my fingernail and suck them up with the siphon.

I do nothing on my fish tanks and a year later there are only a few left.

But that may not apply to your situation.

maintain Fw and marine system with a strong emphasis on balanced, stabilized system that as much as possible are self substaning.

have maintained FW systems for up to 9 years with descendants from original fish and marine aquariums for up to 8 years.

With no water changes, untreated tap water, inexpensive lighting by first starting the tank with live plants (FW) or macro algae( marine)
