I am assuming that your aquarium is 30"W X 15"D X 21"H
and is as depicted in the following image
1) Proposed planting
The planting scheme which you are proposing will indeed ultimately produce a "medium densely planted aquarium" but this may be the aesthetics which you prefer.
As set forth in a previous post the sword height is typically greater than 21" but the leaves should not generally protrude above the water surface and could provide shade for other plants.
If you enjoy the appearance of the sword and are successful in growing it I would recommend the purchase of a scissor sharpener.
I am "a little lost here".
If you purchased the standard 36 gallon SeaClear Bowfront Aquarium Combo, which is depicted above, a single bulb fluorescent lamp and integrated canopy is a portion of the aquarium.
I cannot ascertain the wattage of the fixture and therefore do not know if it provides adequate light for a planted aquarium.
If you are proposing to replace the fixture and canopy I can recommend the dual fixture
I believe that the 7000K bulb will mildly enhance the growth of your plants and I know that the bulb significantly enhances the perceived coloration of many fish.
(Please note that the lunar light does not provide "the lunar lighting as advertised".)
