Plants decimated by Mollies

Can anyone recommend plants which my mollies won't attack and destroy within a couple of weeks.

They seem to love cabomba more than anything and I'm having difficulty keeping some in my tank.

I have another plant with purplish leaves that they've also left for dead.

I'm all for vegetarianism, but I might have to get some fake in, just to keep some vegetation in the tank.

Knowing my mollies, they'll probably eat that as well!
