Do you guys think I'll have a minicycle if I move the sponge part into the new filter (where the carbon goes... I was told that the carbon was bad?)?

Nice job, Austin. It looks beautiful! I don't think it looks crowded at all.
I don't think you'll mini cycle the tank by moving the sponge. All those plants are going to keep your tank well cycled anyway.

You'll be thinning plants like mad when they take off. Nice work Austin.

Thanks guys! :) I hope they start growing soon. :p lol it'll reassure me that they aren't dying...

A few questions...

When should I fertilize for the first time? After water change?

And some stupid questions about silicone... If it's not fully dry and I put it in the water accidently will it hurt the fish/plants? :S lol im impatienttt... I wanna get all the work finished on my tank so I can relax and enjoy it. :D

Oh andddd is hornwort ok floating?

Thank you. :D

I put the internal filter in... I think the silicone will work to fix it... if not... hmmm well idk.

There's still a whirlpool current kinda from the filter though... it's because it shoots out in such a small spot... it needs to be larger so it's not so strong in that one spot! XD It's MUCH quieter though. Not that that was an issue, but it's very nice now. I can't even hear it......

One of my plants obviously came out of a tank with duckweed. :p So I ended up getting some. ^_^ I like the duckweed though, so I'm not complaining. Hope it reproduces quick.

Very happy with the plants. :) NOTHING IS DEAD YET ;D Lol

Anyone know the answers to those questions btw? I kinda wanna fertilizeee! :D lol. But W/C is saturday... that's my WC day...

Sorry I can't advise on your questions.... I'm still a beginner at the plants myself. I did personally fertilize right after planting, that's what I always do in my garden figured the same would apply in the tank. (I love to garden outside can't wait till it warms up here!!!)

But I wanted to say...Your tank looks great!!! :D
