In the first of the photos, the far left plant is a sword, Echinodorus species, I would suspect Echinodorus bleheri in the emersed form. We have fish and plant profiles, second tab from the left in the blue bar across the top of the screen, or you can click on the name when it is shaded in posts for that profile. Lots of info on this plant.
The other plant is not Echinodorus, but off the top of my head I can't say what it is. Would have to research my photos, and am in a rush at present, so if I remember later I will have a hunt.
Quick comment on the rock from outside, be careful. Depending where it comes from, it may have absorbed toxins, fertilizers, insecticides, etc. There is no way to deal with these safely.
