alternanthera ficoidea comes in dozens of color morphs... Unfortunately its not fully aquatic. (But it can grow submerged for months. If it starts struggling, make it a little terrarium out of a jar and let it grow emersed for a while. Then you can put it back in your tank.)
Byron, could you google A. Ficoidea and see what you think?

Edit- could also be A. Dentata. Still non-aquatic though.
I wouldn't think it is in Alternanthera, going from the photos online. But of course, as Heiko Bleher once told me, never trust photos online, they are usually wrong.
