Angry Ordered plants are dead?

Normally, when I buy from Sweetaquatics, the plants are fine (especially for the price). Places like Aquariumcentral or wherever were a bit more expensive, so I stayed loyal to SA.

However, my order (which took the typical 3 weeks to just process), came pretty much 100% dead. I'm furious.

The only plants to survive were what they "call" creeping charlie (though I know, for certain, this is not creeping charlie-- the leafs are wrong), my java fern and a sword.

My anacharis is thin and completely brown, my moss (which, to be honest, I kind of wont even bother with at this point...) is mostly dead and brown.

My vals are soft and fully rotten.

I want to check and make sure, with other's opinions, that its agreed these are in unacceptable condition.
These are right out of the bag, I just couldnt get a shot in the bag :/

Here's a dwarf sag:

All the clear and brown leaves fell off.

Some of the "creeping charlie", which is not... Idk what it is. The leafs are not the right shape.

Most of the leaves fell off, completely. Pretty upset about it...

Pathetic anacharis. Thin, too... its not supposed to be the thin variety. Brown and brittle, and very much dead. Only 2 sprigs are sort of alive...

Paaatthheetic.

Im pretty sure these vals (they actually gave me two extra...) are dead, yes? They're squishy at the top and beginning to get the "deads", aka, the thin thread-like things on them when a plant is dying.

(can anyone help me as to try and save them?)

These arent so much reddish as brown.

Other plants werent satisfactory, but manageable...

How should I go about asking for a refund?

I'm pretty sure that the creeping charlie is Moneywort. It looks like some I had a while back. That sucks.

You could try planting it and see what happens. Heard of many cases where the plant just shed basically and regrew. Depends on how it was grown. That also has an effect on the leaves.

Im going to keep growing them, yes-- but the state they were in when they came is ridiculous.

It seems like there have been a lot of problems with orders from sweetaquatics recently. I know quite a few members here recently got orders and the condition of the plants were not good. I received my order from them yesterday and the only plants which were green was my water sprite, amazon frogbit, and my banana plants look like they sould be fine. All of my vals except for a couple look horrible, brown and falling apart. I have placed it in the tank and will wait and see if anything comes back, but this experience makes me hesitant on ordering from them again or even recommending them to someone else

PewPewPew I would definitely contact them! This is the condition of my plants that I got from them
http://www.tropicalfishkeeping.com/a...-plants-81584/ I was furious with this order! I don't think I will order from them again. You only have 24hrs to contract them about the situation soo don't wait too long to do so if you are going to. Not sure if the plants you got will make it but I would get them in the tank and put some fertilizer in there if it is time and hope for the best.
I can't believe a company would charge people for such condition these plants are in especially for the time you have to wait to get them!

To your question about asking for a refund. I told them the condition the plants were in and my opinion on how I felt about the whole situation and that I was not happy with the whole experience from ordering plants from them
