Lightbulb An observation of H. Corymbosa "compacta"

Hello fellow planters, just peered into my tanks and noticed that some of the Hygrophila corymbosa "kompact" leaves were fairly vertical during the tank's dark hours of the night. Normally they are as horizontal as can be during the day, but it appears that at night they "close up". Anyone familiar with this phenomenon within their own tanks? Just thought I'd share.

That's not uncommon for many plants. Not certain of the cause, but some terrestrial plants do it also.
