I never heard about any underwater plant which looks like a palm tree. Well, if I were you I'd choose other plants. You can easily get bamboo, but it will die in your aquarium, since it isn't an underwater plant. Unfortunatelly, sellers sometimes offer bamboo, and other plants, which can't live in fish tanks. You should look for some Anubias plants instead, they are not the cheapest, but easy to keep them, and they are decorative. They also don't need much light. You can also try Moss or Pondweed, they are cheaper.

Well, as said you will not find a plant that by itself looks like a palm tree.

The best you can do is get an Anubias or Fava Fern and attach it to the top of a fake tree trunk (or driftwood). Wouldn't have the distinctive palm tree leaves ... but that's about as close as you'll get I'd think.

I want a java fern tree! that sounds AWESOME.

Actually, if you got a big enough piece of wood you could hollow out the end and plant a sword in there!
