No, of course not. I honestly wanted to see what they were. My research was a bit confusing for the reasons I think you mentioned, Angel079, those being there are so many variations that it is difficult to determine what a plant really is.I imagine there are also many cases of plants being mislabeled by lfs and suppliers!
thanks for your input Angel079 and Byron. I'm not sure of the difference between the Anubias and the Cryptocornes obviously.I will admit, however, to thinking it might be fun to entertain folks with mystery plant identifications. I'm glad you helped me out, though I see I still have a lot of research to do.
PS-I looked up some crypts and I think it is Undulata...
