Question My tank is over grown

Okay, I allowed my tank to grow grow grow. It's beautiful, all the greens contrasting with all the other colors. The fish love it. BUT I do not. It's a huge tangle of anacharis and ulvaceus with some swords mixed in.

I know I've seen it mentioned but cannot find it. How do I trim the anacharis and replant it? For the Ulvaceus, what can I do to it? It's seed pod things are each about 6-8 food long and grown into each other and everything else.

Here's a pic from about a month ago. Imagine this greenery x ten. I can no longer see the back of the tank.
Ignore the kitten, she thinks the tank her her personal entertainment gallery.

for the swords you can trim back the stems of the seeds stalks at the base if they are to tangled to get into the tank....anacharis can be propagated by speration of the stem just trim and remove any leafs that are on the stem that will be below the substrate and done...you should be able to trade some of your plants to a local fish store ....try out some other more chalenging varieties..ADIOS...
