Im thinking of doing the samething and selling my extra plants. I have been just tossing them out because I do not know anyone that likes planted tanks. I offered to give them to a lady down the street but she didn't want them. I might just start me up a little mini plant business in a few more months!

That is a great idea. I sell plants to the L fish store for $1.00 per bundle. It is not much but they pay for fish food that way.
The hard part is showing the shop that you have good plants and are reliable.

I really like to grow vegetation, so I had grow 8 vegetation in my yard. Now, I am considering to begin a company of selling vegetation. By the way, this image is looking very exciting to me.

Get the best grow box.

Hi F M. I have 13 tanks running and usually have plants in all. I found a nice piece of driftwood and did not clean and cure it well enough because I now have a severe infestation of beard Algae in all my tanks except this new one . It is 90 gallon and I have been isolating all that remains of my plants for cloning. It has clay and soil beneath 2 inches of gravel.
One at a time I am having to take down each of my other tanks and sterilize them and recycle for fish. That black beard Algae is the worst plague I have ever had.

I also suffered thru that plague but it was my own doing. I stopped paying attention to my tanks for some unknown reason. I didn't do water changes or any weekly maint to my tank. I lost a lot of beautiful plants due to this, I wont let it happen again!
