Marimo balls

I have the opportunity to get some baseball sized Marimo balls for a very good price. Are there any fish in particular that eat them? Any bad experiences?

Their only real demand is lots of light. Other than that they're quite easy to tend.

Tanks: 40 gal FW setup, 10 gal Reef tank.

Old BC8 setup: http://www.fishforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=10744

Do you have these? All my info states they thrive in low to high light. My LFS has some way overpriced ones in very low light conditions.
