True. But I think the only way to get 35ppm of CO2 is to inject it. I think the point is, if you're not going to add CO2 then you better keep the light below 2watts per gallon or you'll have algae problems. (please, let's not go there) If you keep the light below 2watts per gallon then there's only certain plants that will grow.
