Exclamation Lights?

I am getting a Marineland 29 gallon aquarium and i found out that the light it comes with does not support plant growth. I need a light that is about 3 watts per gallon and is less than 100$. (If you have a better aquarium kit that you bought that is around 25 gallons, send me the link)

I use this
Aquarium Lighting T5 Fluorescent Light Fixture: AquaticLife T5 HO Dual Lamp Light Fixtures

A lot of people do and they work really well. Watts per gallon is not the standard anymore especially with T5HO (High Output).

I am no expert but I know that since using this fixture my plants have done very well. Someone else can explain the technical aspect to you.

Update: I am probably going for the Current USA Satellite Freshwater Aquarium LED Plus Light. Is this a good one?

Seems to have good reviews and some of them are happy with the plants growth they get with this fixture.
