Question Lighting for Plants !!HELP!!!

So i was reading and i read that plants need a red Spectrum and a blue spectrum to grow properly.
Also that the lower kelvin is red and the higher you go is blue? (is this true)

So if i get a bulb that is rated 1k-1800k and another bulb that is rated 20k. Would that combo be best for growing plants?

or Would x2 6,700k bulbs be best?

Or would x1 6,500k and x1 9325k be best?

Please help its kinda over whelming and i want to get this straight.

LOL! I see you are really reading up. You've kinda gone out of what I call my safe zone. I can tell you Kelvin rating and color spectrum are not the same thing. My motto is pick a light that makes your tank look pretty. Anyway I was able to find a color spectrum of the 9325K bulbs. It's the exact same thing that is on the packaging of the bulbs I bought.

6700K bulbs are the best, right combination of blue and red! Too much blue promotes short compact growth and too much red promotes elongated growth.

Just use either the 6500K or 6700K. The difference between the two won't matter. Just use the bulbs marked "daylight bulbs". They don't even have to be from the LFS. I bought mine at the hardware store.
