Wild caught fish will certainly have difficulties, but the GH is just as crucial if not moreso and I don't know what that is. Tank-raised fish can vary, but again the GH factors into this. Pristella Tetra would have no issue, but neons and cardinals would not last long-term. Our profiles for these fish explain why.
