Jungle Val Questions...

So back about 1-2 months ago, I added in 4 Jungle Val cuttings. Since then, one has grown the height of my 55g tank, one has grown about half that, and the other 2 are still the same size as when I purchased them. Any reasons why the other 2 arent growing as much?

I dose with some liquid fert and all plants have root tabs. The 2 that arent growing are towards the right side of the tank closer to the filter then the other 2. The one that has grown the full height of the tank is right in the middle and the one about half of that is at the far left.

Sorry, I'm no plant expert. I just wanted to add that I had a crypt that I divided into 2 when I first took it out of the pot. The part I planted away from the filter (near the heater) grew much bigger than the one that was planted beneath the filter. Maybe some plants don't care for too much current? Anyone have any theories?
