It doesn't sound like your overfeeding. The reason I don't feed all the different varieties of food at once is that certain fish of mine will pick out just the foods they like and not bother with the other foods offered at that time. (kind of like small children, lol) It's for that reason I do a rotation. That way I know they wil eat the spirulina offered rather than ignore it for something "better".

oooh, yup that does make sense. I know bloodworms should be used sparingly "as a treat" do you do one full feeding of them?

Frozen or freeze dried? I have freeze friend but I know frozen is much healthier than thefeeze dried foods. What other frozen foods can I try? Bloodworms and brine shrimp I know...

Is it okay to rotate frozen every day too? Never did this before. I know my LFS sells frozen. Is it also available at Petsmart?

I do frozen foods every third day. Daphnia, Beefheart, Mysis, Emerald Entree, Brine Shrimp and Cyclopeeze.

So how do you feed it to the betta? Defrost a whole cube then just take a bit out of that for the betta when feeding the other fish? He would only need such a tiny bit.
