Japanese Moss Balls- Yes or no?

I was wandering around the internet and I found a really funky looking plant called the Japanese Moss Ball. I guess it's a breed of algae. Would this be a good plant to have in a smaller aquarium? (10-20 gallon range) I'd like something low maintenance, is this right for me?

Yup this be right up your ally if your looking for easy. They require almost no care! And are cheap. THey just roll around with the water column. Normal lighting can take care of these guys. No need for CO2.

guess you can just rip 'em in half if they get too big too. Sounds like ghost shrimp like them.
