1, Tropica 'patented' this plant since it was developed by them. Any grower or seller without a liscense from them can be sued or arrested.
2. Hygrophila Polysperma is banned for sell, trade, or reciept by the federal government. (Due to it being on the noxious weed list.)
Thanks for the reply. I quess I won't be seeing any of these plants in the local tropical fish store.
I thought I seen it grown years ago by Florida Aquatics. Since iit has been banned I will try and get a similar legal plant if possible.
