Thank you beetlebz. So won't do a water change, (I did a water change Monday before the start of treatment as I read on Kordon Ich Attack) I can get some seachem prime tomorrow. I raised the heat to 86 after much research and reading that most Ich cannot survive.
I am afraid to use the salt because of the corries, glofish and plants. Am going to bigger town tomorrow and hope I can find my usual bottle spring water at Dollar General. We have a water softner and iron filter for tap. My Mom's water we get to drink is well water but GH & KH is 12!! The Nitrate in her water is 20. Hmm, could I mix the other bottle water with no GH with the one with Nitrate in it for a water change down the road?
Once again thank you!
PS>Going to have search here more. I am NOT sure what the Neon's tetras actually have, Ich doesn't exactly fit nor does Neon Tetra Disease!! Not fin rot. Hmmm! Need a fish doctor!!! :)

try starting a thread, preferably with pictures, in the fish disease forum. You might have better results.

So after a few days, my KH and GH are where they were, 0 KH and 6 GH. Ph is up to 7, and presumably still coming up. Swords actually seemed quite a bit healthier and happier last couple nights.
