You can give it a 10 - 20 min bath in potassium permangranate, this kills the snails and eggs. Rinse it off with tapwater and add it to your tank.

You could also dip the tank in Alum, for snails and eggs though, you need 2 to 3 days worth of soaking.

Diluted bleach is another method but very dangerous for the plant so I wouldn't recommend it.

good luck.

Tanks: 40 gal FW setup, 10 gal Reef tank.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.
