The first photo suggested Alternanthera reineckii, but the close-up second photo makes me think it may more likely be Ludwigia, possibly L. inclinata.

right right...the Ludwigia Arcuata looks alot like this one..in the begining I thought it was a rotala macrandra.

The colour is similar, but the leaf structure is not. Same applies to R. macrandra mentioned by the OP.
