Yeah. Some deficiency? Nitrogen?

I moved it to a place with better light and will place a tiny bit of JBL ball under it. This plant needs stuff from the substrate right?

Yes it needs root tabs..
What is JBL??
Rooted plants do take up nutrients from the roots but there are some nutrients that they take up via their leaves too such as potassium if I am nit mistaken. So its usually best to use both root tabs with them and liquid ferts. Plus if you have any stems or floating plants the liquid is best for them as they pull from their leaves (floaters from their roots.).

I do dose a bit of co2, some macros and micros. Not too much since I worry they will harm my fish.
