Hair-like something on Anacharis

Hey everyone!

There appears to be something growing on my floating Anacharis and I was wondering if anyone knows what it is? It's not on any of my other plants and hasn't changed the tanks environment in terms of the chemistry and wellness of the fish.

Thank you for any input!

That looks to me like thread algae. Remove it at water changes, no need to get all of it. I have seen it, comes and goes.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business.
