I am the same, im getting a huge nutrient imbalance so my bga has returned in force. im gonna start on excel and flourish again.

D. Walstad says that as long as you feed enough (she feeds her fish well twice a day, plus "a little extra for the plants") you won't have problems...

Of coourse, going from light feedings (a hungry fish is a healthy fish) to what may be viewed as 'overfeeding' is hard.

according to aqadvisor my tank is only 47% stocked so does that mean i should try and double my feeding quantity? i feel like that would just increase my MTS population...
