1st i want to say they will not harm your fish/turtles they might pester them but they will not do any harm.

2ed snails are a pain in an aquarium because of the waste some species can produce.

3rd i personaly "HATE" using chemicals in an aquarium, my suggestion would to get a couple pea puffers witch actaully dine on snails.

4th rinse your plants off before adding them to and aquarium, like the methods listed above.
110 gallon - Planted Tank
10 gallon - Baby Livebearers/Apple Snail
10 gallon - Turtle tank
17 gallon - Goldfish/RosyRed Pond

Very salty water seems to be the most cheapest method in here.

And i dont know how i can get this phosphorus peroxide thing.

10 Gal-guppy breeding tank
2 Pregnant Guppies
Anacharis, Corkscrew
