I'll bet

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

This is actually the Colombian Tetra, and the correct name is Hyphessobrycon columbianus; the name Hyphessobrycon ecuadoriensis given in the Petsmart blurb was initially applied to this species incorrectly and changed. This fish is in our profiles, click the shaded name.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]

The Glofish is actually a modified variant of the Zebra Danio. I am one of those who is against this fish on scientific grounds. It is banned in Europe and the UK, which is not at all a bad idea.

I noticed this is the same tank as we have been discussing in another thread, so I have merged the threads.

Byron.

Oh cool. Yea I'm not getting them. So now I'm going to take the shrimp out. Do about A 90% water change test Friday everything should be 0 my ammonia is at 4ppm right now. And buy 12 zebra danios Saturday and keep testing hopefully it all goes good.
