Don't know what is happening to my Swords

I was just sorting through my Amazon Swords, and several of the leaves were black with these black, spiky hairs coming off them :s Anyone know what is wrong?

Do you have a test kit? What's your ammonia level?

You're going to have to manually remove it, but adding some fast-growing or floating plants will keep it from coming back.
