I tried it out, but I don't seem to see any bubbles ever. Here and there I can see stuff going through te tube but it never goes far

Sorry that I can't offer any assistance with this, as I've never done CO2, but some of our members have and I'm sure they will chime in when they see this.

Can you be a bit more specific?
how was your setup?
what yeast did you use?
what type of tubing?
what was your mix?
where did you get the recipe from?
how much sugar, etc etc.

I don't understand what you mean by bubbles?
what type of diffuser are you using?
etc, etc
