Question Cutting and replanting

I have some plants in my tank, some I wish to cut down and possibly replant and some I'd just like to grow more of. Can anybody help me with how this can be done.

plants
Hygrophila pinnatififa
Hygrophilia corymbosa angustifolia
Lobelia cordinalis
Cryptocoryne beckettii petchii

I have a basic co2 system. Substrate is a layer of 2cm thick tetra substrate and 2cm of gravel.
